The accommodation comprises:

GROUND FLOOR: Hallway with seating. BEDROOM 1 with double bed and fold up bed. BEDROOM 2 with bunk beds plus cot. BEDROOM 3 with twin beds. BEDROOM 4 with double bed. W.C. with wash hand basin. Separate shower room and wash hand basin. 1^st Floor: BATHROOM with bath and shower over wash hand basin and W.C. LOUNGE with T.V, Free view and DVD, dining room with table and chairs. Through to: large well equipped kitchen dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave , and table and chairs. OUTSIDE: Front garden with parking. Laundrettes outside at the rear with extra parking.

There is an attached cottage to the farmhouse which is also let. Wi Fi is available.

Fishing in the lake free to residents.
