The accommodation comprises:

Separate shower room and wash hand basin. 1st Floor: BATHROOM with bath and shower over wash hand basin and W.C. LOUNGE with T.V, Free view and DVD, dining room with table and chairs. Through to: large well equipped kitchen dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave , and table and chairs. OUTSIDE: Front garden with parking. Laundrettes outside at the rear with extra parking.

There is an attached cottage to the farmhouse which is also let. Wi Fi is available.
Fishing in the lake free to residents.

From our office go round the one way system across the bridge turn left up the hill by Land and Sea, continue up the hill after passing 5 degrees west Bryn Cethin park is the next right.
Collect keys from Beresford Adams.
