The accommodation comprises:

Ground Floor: Fitted kitchen electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, patio door to rear decking area. BEDROOM1 with double bed. BEDROOM 2 with 2 sets of bunk beds. BATHROOM with bath and shower over wash hand basin W.C. Open staircase to First Floor with lounge area 2 sofas and a double bed settee and T.V, Patio door out onto balcony. (Please note very young children would have to supervised on the balcony)Utility area is situated in the carport with washing machine and tumble dryer. OUTSIDE: Patio doors out from kitchen to patio area with patio furniture and barbeque with decking to the first floor. Parking to front and side.

Beach Hut available at a weekly rent £125 by request on booking. (paid separately to owner).

Directions:

From Beresford Adams Office, continue up the high street around the one way system pass the Village Hall and Primary School, turn left at T junction opposite the Harbour Hotel, and proceed up the hill. Take the second left turning into Cae Du Estate opposite the playing field and then take the first right and 87 Cae Du is located at the top of the cul de sac facing you on the left.
