The accomodation comprises: fully fitted KITCHEN/DINER with electric cooker, fridge, dishwaher, microwave, washing machine and breakfast bar with six stools.There is also a leather couch and French doors out on to the enclosed front garden. The kitchen also opens in to a CONSERVATORY containing comfortable settees and dining table and six chairs. There are doors out on to a decked area with patio table and chairs and a barbeque.

The ground floor has a BATHROOM containing a wash had basin W.C and a bath with shower over. BEDROOM 2 twin beds. BEDROOM 3 king size. Two additional "put me up beds" are available for use by children.

Upstairs is a spacious LOUNGE with leather settees and a chair, TV and DVD and beautiful sea views towards Bwlchtocyn headland. MASTER BEDROOM with king size bed and duvet and en-suite shower room.

OUTSIDE to the front of the property is an enclosed garden with space for two/three vehicles and a boat. The slip way to the beach is directly opposite.

Directions:

From Beresford Adams Office, proceed up the village for just over 1 mile into Sarn Bach, and proceed up the hill taking the left turn towards Bwlchtocyn. Follow this road past a housing estate on the left. On the next right hand bend, take the left turn down towards the beach (no through the road). At the bottom of the lane turn left and Alma is on the left

Alternatively, drive through the Golf course and Alma will be observed on the right hand side at the end. This road does have many deep pot holes.
