The First floor offers a superb LOUNGE with comfortable seating, T.V with DVD player and sliding doors out onto a balcony with sea views. The fully equipped KITCHEN/DINNER has an oven and hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher , washing machine and dryer. There is also a dining table and chairs. MASTER BEDROOM 4 double bed with door out onto front balcony. BEDROOM 5 set of bunk beds and a door onto the rear balcony and garden. SHOWER ROOM with W.C wash hand basin and shower cubicle. Outside to the front is off raod parking for one vehicle and room for another in the cul de sac.

To the rear is a paved terraced garden with furniture and a BBQ

Taliesin, 2 Cae Dwr, Llanbedrog, PWLLHELI, Gwynedd, LL53 7UT

Directions:

From Pwllheli, approach the village of Llanbedrog taking a left turn at the garage at the end of the straight road. Take second right into Cae Dwr and Taliesin is second on the right.

From Abersoch, turn right at the Glyn Y Weddw Pub in the village center, drive down the hill and round a left hand bend. Take first left into Cae Dwr, Taliesin is last but one on the left.
