A fully fitted Brand new KITCHEN equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, oven and grill and 2 fridges.
The first floor accommodation comprises: BEDROOM 1 twin bed and fabulous sea view. Family BATHROOM with bath W.C and wash hand basin. BEDROOM 2 double bed and fabulous sea views.New en-suite shower room with shower cubicle , W.C and wash hand basin. BEDROOM 3 contains two sets of bunk beds, portable T.V / Video and has sea views.
Off the main hallway there is a ground floor CLOAKROOM/UTILITY containing W.C and washing machine. The shower in this room is not in use.

Directions:
From Beresford Adams Office, proceed up the village of Sarn Bach. Carry on up the hill and take the first left towards Bwlchtocyn. Follow road past the shop and Chapel and then take next left (signed Gwesty/Hotel). Follow this road as it widens and then narrows. There is a right bend and Hyfrydle is on the left just after this bend.
